Project management and site monitoring "Project manager"
As an Interior Designer, we are used to managing a project from A to Z, which includes planning, choosing materials, supervising the work and coordinating with the various trades (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc.).
We ensure that the work is on time and on budget.
Then comes the decoration which often occurs at a more advanced stage of the project, once the layout and the main structures are established, we concentrate on the aesthetic aspect.
